Meet Steffani

Steffani “Steffi” Langston took a nontraditional path to becoming a family law attorney—one that deeply informs her work today. A first-generation college student, Steffi worked full time while completing her undergraduate education, ultimately graduating after 11 years of perseverance and determination. Her personal experience as a child of a high-conflict divorce drew her to family law and fuels her commitment to helping families reduce animosity and resolve disputes with care and intention.

Steffi has been with Wasserman White Family Law since 2019. She is a trained mediator and parent coordinator and is a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution in family law matters. In addition, Steffi is
certified by the Administrative Office of the Courts, Family Administration, to represent children in contested custody cases—an area of practice that reflects her dedication to prioritizing children’s voices and best interests.

Steffi represents clients in all areas of family law, with a particular focus custody modifications, adoptions and contempt proceedingsShe believes her lived experience provides a unique perspective that allows her to approach cases with both strategic insight and genuine empathy.

Originally from New England and having spent much of her life in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Steffi now lives in Baltimore City with her husband and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, crafting, and exploring Baltimore’s vibrant brewery and restaurant scene.
