Steffani L. Langston

Steffani “Steffi” Langston took the long road to become a family law attorney.  As a first-generation college student, Steffi worked full-time while completing her undergraduate studies. After 11 long years, she graduated and set her sights on becoming a family law attorney. Steffi considers herself a survivor of her own parents’ high conflict divorce.  Her own life experiences drew her to a career in family law, and that is why she is dedicated to reducing animosity and conflict in families.  

Steffi graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in family law, and was a student attorney with the Bronfein Family Law Clinic which earned her the Clinic Excellence Award for Outstanding Performance in a Clinic. After law school, Steffi clerked for Family Magistrate Andrea F. Kelley in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Steffi is also a trained mediator and parent coordinator and is a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolutions in family law matters.  Steffi is also certified by the Administrative Office of the Courts, Family Administration, to represent children in contested custody disputes. 

Steffi is passionate about helping clients in all areas of family law, especially custody modifications, name changes, adoptions, contempt proceedings, and divorce, and believes her life experience has given her a unique perspective and insight which she applies to her family law work every day.

Originally from New England and having spent most of her life in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Steffi currently lives in Baltimore City with her husband and enjoys running, reading, crafting, and exploring all of the amazing breweries and restaurants that Baltimore has to offer.
